Here's a great answer and solution from Alban Yee:
comments: First, by a simple process of elimination, Statements #1-8
can be immediately removed. Since all of these statements are in conflict with one
another, anything that counts less than nine false statements ought to be eliminated
outright. Second, carrying the process of elimination one step further, Statement
#10 should too be a goner because it is a self-contradictory statement. If all 10
statements are false, then Statement #10, being one of the 10 statements, cannot be true.
Finally, Statement #9 is the only one left standing and is indeed the correct
answer.
